Our Pet Policy

At 71 at Tulsa Hills, we're not just pet-friendly, we LOVE pets and show it by providing a fenced-in pet exercise area, always having treats in the office and hosting frequent Yappy Hours, an event for dogs and their owners to socialize, take pics in a photo booth, eat snacks and get beautified by the visiting dog groomer. Dogs and cats are welcome.

One-Time Pet Fee: $250 (per pet)

Monthly Pet Rent: $30 (per pet)

Pet Limit: 2

Qualifying Rental Criteria

Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour.

Income: Income verification is required during the application process.

Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.
